REAP is a collaborative project involving eight Higher Educational Institutional partners, for the research, development and validation of a Higher Education/ Partnership Model and Roadmap. It is identifying learning needs within the workplace, drawing up a comprehensive plan for partnership between employers and HEI's and verifying the effectiveness of the strategy through a range of demonstrator collaborative activities. It will develop a mechanism to integrate and rationalise complementary initiatives and offer a single simple, relevant, inclusive framework to facilitate interaction within the workplace.
