The REAP project activity was organised in four strands – focusing on identifying the learning needs of selected employment sectors and on researching HEI/workplace engagements and partnerships, trialing partnerships and engagements between HEI’s and workplaces, ensuring the integration of the REAP project with other complementary programmes and initiatives and finally disseminating the outputs and outcomes of the project
